1. The service
WaConnectHub provides an AI-powered customer support widget that businesses ("you", "the customer") install on their websites. The AI answers end-user questions based on the documentation you provide, and can escalate conversations to your human agents.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI-generated replies; replies from your human agents are not counted. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the documentation, articles and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate the service (indexing, embedding, and generating answers). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content you upload and that it does not contain personal data you are not allowed to process.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; to infringe intellectual property; to send spam; or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI-generated answers
Answers are generated automatically from your documentation. While the system is designed to only answer from the content you provide, AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for the documentation you supply and for reviewing how the assistant represents your business. The service is not a substitute for professional, legal or medical advice.
7. Availability & support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@waconnecthub.com.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaConnectHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your widgets stop working and your data is deleted within a reasonable period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
