Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial — try before you pay
Every new account starts with a free trial, with no credit card required. This lets you fully evaluate the service — set up your assistant, test it on your website, and review the answer quality — before any payment is made.
2. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. The price and monthly AI reply quota of each plan are displayed on our pricing page before checkout. There are no hidden fees and no per-agent charges.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in two clicks, from your account (Billing → Manage my subscription), through the secure Stripe customer portal. No email, no phone call, no justification required.
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. After that date, your account reverts to the limited free state; your data remains available so you can resubscribe or export it.
4. Refunds
Because the free trial allows a full evaluation of the service before payment, subscription fees for periods already started are generally non-refundable.
However, we will issue a full refund of the most recent charge in the following cases:
- You were charged after having cancelled your subscription;
- You were charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate charge);
- A prolonged outage of the service on our side (more than 72 consecutive hours) prevented you from using it during the billed period.
If you believe a charge was made in error for any other reason, contact us at support@waconnecthub.com within 14 days of the charge — we review every request individually and in good faith.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We will confirm by email once the refund has been initiated.
6. Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
